Cancellation / No-Show Policy
We require a 48-hour notice for any appointment cancellation.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without notice, our stylists miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with guests awaiting services on our waiting list.
Our appointments are confirmed in advance via email and text because we know how hectic day-to-day life can be for all of us.
Any service after 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee. As a gesture of understanding, we will only charge 50% of the service total to the card on file.
After the second time, we will charge 100% oF the service total to the card on file.
*A no-show will result in 100% of the service total charged to the card on file.*
